One experience that truly highlighted the importance of professionalism and a strong security presence was during a USA Gymnastics event in San Diego. I was largely solo, managing large, energetic crowds, including many highly protective parents who expected top-tier organization and safety. The initial hour was challenging; people tested boundaries and disregarded rules. I remained patient but firm, communicating clearly that my priority was to maintain a safe and controlled environment. As the event progressed, attendees recognized my professional, alert, and serious approach to safety. My ability to stay calm under pressure while remaining respectful completely shifted the atmosphere. Parents, staff, and guests became more cooperative, and many even thanked me for ensuring a secure and pleasant event. This experience reinforced our belief in building a company founded on clear communication, unwavering accountability, and deep respect for both our clients and our dedicated guards.
